This role is home based with fortnightly travel to our offices in Monkspath, near Solihull in the West Midlands. It is essential for this role that you live with a reasonable commutable distance. Candidates who do not live within a reasonable commutable distance will not be considered.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to take the lead on complex initiatives while mentoring others? We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-impact business and IT projects, while supporting and developing our growing BA function.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on analysis work with leadership responsibility, influencing change across the organisation and deputising for the Lead Business Analyst when required.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
Significant experience as a Business Analyst with strong end-to-end requirements gathering and process modelling expertise.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
Experience supporting UAT and solution delivery.
Ability to mentor and coach other Business Analysts.
Highly organised, proactive and self-sufficient approach.
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience within retail or hospitality environments.
Awareness of ITIL and TOGAF principles.
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
