This role is home based with fortnightly travel to our offices in Monkspath, near Solihull in the West Midlands. It is essential for this role that you live with a reasonable commutable distance. Candidates who do not live within a reasonable commutable distance will not be considered.

Are you a skilled Business Analyst ready to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions? Join Stonegate and play a key role in driving digital transformation that delivers real value to the business.
Define project requirements, scope, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Capture, analyse, and document business requirements; create end-to-end process models (As-Is / To-Be).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3rd-party suppliers to ensure clear communication and effective delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing and create user documentation for solution deployment.
Work across both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, contributing to successful digital change initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes.
Experience with UAT, documentation, and end-to-end solution delivery.
Confidence in data mapping and facilitating process modelling workshops.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
Strong organisational skills, self-sufficiency, and a proactive approach.
Desirable
Experience in retail or hospitality environments.
Awareness of ITIL and TOGAF principles.
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
