An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Regional Manager to join Craft Union’s South West Division, taking operational ownership of c.18 community-led pubs across Sussex and Surrey.

At Craft Union, our pubs sit at the heart of local communities, and our Operators are the people who bring them to life.  As a Regional Manager, you’ll work side by side with Operators, taking a collaborative approach to leadership, nurturing strong relationships, building capability and driving sustainable growth across your region.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll be a visible, commercially minded leader, responsible for:
  • Driving net income growth and strong, consistent performance
  • Delivering investment returns beyond capex targets
  • Setting and maintaining exceptional retail and operational standards
  • Champion and nurture Operators through inclusion and empowerment
  • Creating an inclusive culture, aligned to Craft Union and Stonegate values
